The following change terms apply to the bus fares:

In accordance with the policy of Khanh Hoan, once the booking has been confirmed changes are not permitted.
To modify the passenger details, the itinerary, the fare or the departure date, you need to cancel the existing booking and make a new booking.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Khanh Hoan, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Khanh Hoan. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 10% + 25,000 VND per ticket if 48 hours or more to departure.
- No ticket refund if less than 48 hours to departure.
No ticket refund for tickets on public holidays.
