If you wish to change your booking with The Long Travel, please Contact Us. This option is available until 72 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with The Long Travel. Change fees will apply.
No ticket change for tickets on public holidays.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with The Long Travel, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 96 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with The Long Travel. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 20% + 25,000 VND per ticket if 96 hours or more to departure.
- No ticket refund if less than 96 hours to departure.
No ticket refund for tickets on public holidays.
