In accordance with the policy of Rang Dong, once the booking has been confirmed changes are not allowed.
To modify the number of passengers, full passenger details, itinerary, fare or travel date, you need to cancel the existing booking and issue a new one.
Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply to the bus fares:

If you wish to cancel your booking with Rang Dong, kindly manage your booking and request a cancellation to proceed with the refund (only if permitted by fare rule). This option is available until 48 hours before departure, after that time please contact directly with Rang Dong. Service fees will not be refunded. Cancellation fees will apply.
- 10% + 25,000 VND per ticket if 48 hours or more to departure.
- No ticket refund if less than 48 hours to departure.
No ticket refund for tickets on public holidays.
